(where you will live in the house you’re buying)

Not every application is the same and we’ll know more when we talk about what your plans are. But it would be handy to have the below available.

  • Evidence of ID (Passport / Driving Licence)
  • Address ID (Utility Bill dated within the last 3 months)
  • Evidence of Income 
  • 3 Months Bank Statements
  • Evidence of Deposit

DOCUMENTS FOR A BTL MORTGAGE

(where you rent the house out that you’re getting the mortgage on)

Most Buy to Let Mortgage Applications are underwritten based on the rental of the property but we would still need to see the following information. Also, even if you are buying in a Ltd Company you may need to provide a Personal Gurantee to get approved.  

  • Evidence of ID (Passport / Driving Licence)
  • Address ID (Utility Bill dated within the last 3 months)
  • Evidence of Income 
  • Evidence of Deposit
  • Portfolio details (if experienced landlord)
  • Evidence of Tax Paid to HMRC for current rented properties (if experienced landlord)
