Director – Oli Pearce

Oli has worked in the property industry since 2009, when he started his career working as an Estate Agent. After working his way up to Branch Manager, he decided he needed a new challenge and went on to study for his CeMap qualification, which he gained in 2013. His ambition, determination and love of his profession led him to opening ‘Guild Mortgage Services’ in March 2019.

Outside of work Oli has been married to his wife Liane since 2011, and they have a daughter and a son together. Oli is a talented guitarist and singer. You may have been lucky enough to see him grace a holiday park stage many moons ago, and while he is now ‘out of the limelight’ he does still enjoy belting out the odd ballad on the karaoke!

Recently he has taken up running and completed the Couch to 5k. He also took part in the ‘Run the Month’ campaign during October 2020. He ran 50 miles throughout the month and raised £440 for Prostate Cancer UK.

“I love my job, and I am immensely proud of how well Guild Mortgage Services is progressing. It was a huge leap for me to fly solo and start out on my own, but I am so happy with how it is all going so far. We have lots of ideas and exciting new projects that we can’t wait to start putting into place to move Guild into the next stage of our journey. I want to say a huge THANK YOU to every single one of my clients for using us and recommending us. Without you there would be no Guild, and I appreciate you more than you know”

Director – Liane Pearce

Liane has been part of Guild Mortgage Services in some capacity since the idea was conceived – it was an idea Oli and herself had had for a long time before it came to fruition. She began a more active role in early 2020 helping with the administration work and has since become a joint Director, dealing with the day-to-day running of the business behind the scenes.

Liane completed her CeMap qualification in July 2021

“I started working for Guild in early 2019, when initially I was just doing the administration work for Oli. Since then, I have learned the ins and outs of the business and started to get involved with work ‘behind the scenes’. I took over the running of the business while Oli concentrated on the actual mortgages! I decided that I wanted to get even more involved, and in July 2021 I completed my CeMap qualification. I am now in the process of getting my competency status and hope to start writing business myself in early 2022. I have also been promoted to Co-Director.

I am extremely proud of what I have achieved, and of Guild Mortgage Services. This is more than just a business, it is family, and that makes it even more special. I am really looking forward to the next chapter in my Guild journey”.
